This month is all about Self Love. Sometimes life's busyness gets in the way of taking care of ourselves properly; sometimes we get in our own way. Whatever the reason, I am here to tell you (and tell myself!) that treating ourselves with love is really the only way to go through life. We are better equipped to serve others and life is happier and more peaceful when we love ourselves.
Take some time each day to get on the mat and practice. Also, pick a couple personal ways that you can practice self love in September. Commit to a month of self love and see what happens.
I have let all kinds of things get in the way of treating myself with love lately and I'm seeing the cost of living life harried and stressed and unbalanced. This is not how I want to spend my days. I am looking forward to getting my priorities back in line and taking better care of myself again. Want to join me?
